How to start a return: Email info@ritualgear.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping: Free. We cover the cost, no fine print, no deductions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We stand by the quality of our gear so much so that we are confident enough to provide the 100-walk guarantee. If the quality of the product does not hold up for 100 daily walks, we'll refund you.
